Our apartments are attractively furnished. Comfortable, communicative and with a spacious kitchen.
In addition to relaxing hours in the apartments, you can explore the area of our own permaculture and taste everything that is ripe. You are welcome to use our barbecue and the fire pit in the garden. The 20m long natural pool with spring water and the wood-fired sauna are located in the middle of the garden and are at your disposal.
You can rent three different apartments at the Rottenhof. There is room for 10 people in each. Extra beds and dogs by arrangement.

The wild romantic Yspertal explore, a Afternoon swimming on the Danube sandy beachto the nearby Wachau region award-winning Heurigen, a vision from Maria Taferl from flea markets, Culture in Krems or enjoy a concert on the Clam Castle.
Head south towards Lake Lunz (30 km), the Ötscher (2000 m altitude) and the picturesque Mariazeller-Land.
To the east, the route leads to the Wachau World Heritage Site (20 km), Melk Abbey, Schallaburg Castle and the Renaissance towns of Stein and Krems.
Head west towards Grein on the Danube into the famous Strudengau region with its castles of Grein and Clam.
To the north, the mystical Waldviertel opens up with hiking trails, lakes and all its castles, palaces and abbeys.
